The edition of 2023 of the PhD Lipari School on Complex and Social Systems, held in Lipari, deals with the topic "Spreading and accessing information" coming from many sources and with the use of several models of computations.

The PhD school will see the participation of many prestigious speakers coming from all around the world. UniPI is co-organizer of the event since many years now, and includes some of the project participants as school co-directors and members of the advisory board.

TOPICS 2023: Models for epidemic and prevention measures, private retrieval of data, quantum security and teleportation, network algorithms to model biological information, probabilistic methods for microbiome dynamics, internet of things/people, smart cities.
