Led by Prof. Josep Domingo-Ferrer, the CRISES research group conducts research in the field of information security and privacy, with a focus on data anonymization, big data privacy, privacy-enhancing techniques, ethically-aligned design and Trustworthy AI. It has around 20 members, including computer scientists, mathematicians, statisticians and telecom engineers. The quality of its research, its productivity, its participayion in international and national projects and its training capacity make it the strongest research group on its field in Spain.
