The High Performance Artificial Intelligence (HPAI) group is dedicated to the research and application of AI techniques using HPC tools and infrastructure. We aim to contribute to AI research in order to advance current state-of-the-art in fields, like image processing, transfer learning, reinforcement learning and trustworthy AI. In addition, we seek to apply AI methods to solve societal and scientific challenges. We collaborate with researchers from other fields as well as companies to apply our knowledge in real world problems.
